What I collect
Only what you type into the contact form: your name, your email, the page you want looked at and your message. Nothing else is collected through this website, and there are no advertising trackers on it.
Why
To reply to you, and to quote for and do the work you ask about. Your details are never sold, shared for marketing or added to a mailing list without your permission.
Where it’s stored
Form messages are saved to a private Google Sheet that only Sphota can open, and any follow-up happens by email. Google processes that data under its own privacy terms.
How long it’s kept
For as long as it’s needed to reply to you and, if we work together, to keep a record of the project. You can ask for it to be deleted at any time.
Your rights
You can ask to see, correct or delete what you sent. Reply to any email from Sphota, or use the contact form and say what you’d like done.
Third-party services
The website loads fonts from Google Fonts and animation code from jsDelivr. These services may see your IP address when your browser requests the files, as with any website that uses them.
